If you use the Restride Night Splint Sock consistently for 60 nights and don't notice a meaningful improvement in your morning heel pain, we will refund your full purchase price — no questions asked, no forms to fill in, no need to return the product.

To request a refund within the 60-day window, simply email us at restridesupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Returns Outside the Guarantee Period

We accept returns of unused, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email restridesupport@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at restridesupport@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.

Sizing Issues

Restride is available in three sizes (S, M, L). If you receive the wrong size or need to exchange for a different size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange where stock is available. Please refer to our sizing guide on the product page before ordering.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
