Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, United States, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. International delivery times are typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact your local postal service. If your parcel is confirmed lost, contact us at restridesupport@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Restride is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs or import processing
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout
  • Circumstances outside our control (severe weather, postal strikes, etc.)

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at restridesupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
